the Zamar Z-ONE

Setting Up Your Device

Power On the Device
Place the device on a stable, level surface. Connect the power cable and press the power button. The touchscreen will illuminate and the system will run a brief self-check before reaching operating temperature.
Select & Connect Your Wrap
Choose the anatomic wrap matching the body part being treated (knee, ankle, shoulder, etc.). Connect the wrap hose to the device port — you will hear a click when it locks securely in place.
Set Temperature & Compression
On the touchscreen, set your target temperature (5–15°C) and select a compression level: Level 1 (50 mmHg), Level 2 (75 mmHg), or Level 3 (110 mmHg). Set your treatment duration.
Apply the Wrap to the Patient
Apply the wrap snugly to intact, undamaged skin. Ensure full anatomic contact. The wrap should feel firm but comfortable — not tight enough to restrict circulation.
Start Treatment
Press Start on the touchscreen. The device will circulate cooled fluid and activate compression cycles automatically. Monitor the patient, especially during the first session, for any skin reactions.
End Session & Store
When the timer completes, the device will stop automatically. Remove the wrap, disconnect the hose, and power off. No draining or cleaning is required — the system is fully sealed.
⚠ Important Safety Guidelines
- Do not use on damaged or broken skin
- Do not use if you have deep vein thrombosis risk factors
- Do not use if you have significant vascular impairment
- Do not use if you have diabetes-related circulatory issues
- Stop immediately if burning, itching, or blistering occurs
- Always consult your surgeon or physiotherapist before starting
- Do not use on areas with acute unstable fractures
- Do not apply directly over open wounds without dressing
